Baseball journaling
Players maintain a journal throughout the season:
- scoping individual growth goals, steps for development;
- tracking lessons learned (from victories and losses); and
- capturing dugout/clubhouse memories with teammates.
Players will be challenged to evaluate themselves and their roles and responsibilities on the diamond with the ARGOS mindset:
- Aggressive and clean/fair play
- Respect for oneself, the team, and the sport
- Grit and grind, leave nothing—and nobody—behind
- Opportunities are made, not guaranteed
- Situations matter, preparedness is paramount
